We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our outreach and event teams. This role is perfect for individuals who love connecting with people, delivering exceptional experiences, and building foundational skills in customer service, communication, and community engagement
.
- Provide friendly, professional support to event attendees, donors, and community members
- Share information about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, and event initiatives
- Respond to customer inquiries, collect feedback, and perform basic follow-up Assist on-site event teams with attendee engagement and service coordination
- Distribute informational and promotional materials effectively
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused presence during events and outreach activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, successful events
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally and enthusiastically
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a passion for helping others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in customer service, event support, nonprofit work, or community outreach
- Flexible availability for event-based schedules
