We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our outreach and event teams. • Provide friendly, professional support to event attendees, donors, and community members
• Share information about nonprofit missions, fundraising campaigns, and event initiatives
• Respond to customer inquiries, collect feedback, and perform basic follow-up Assist on-site event teams with attendee engagement and service coordination
• Distribute informational and promotional materials effectively
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused presence during events and outreach activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, successful events

• No prior experience required – we provide paid training
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
