Job Description
Our team is looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our fast‑paced environment as a cashier at Sutter Health Park. You will provide excellent customer service and be responsible for accurately processing transactions with a smile. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work well under pressure. The position is a part‑time/on‑call role, Monday – Sunday, 2:30 PM – 11 PM (may be scheduled to work during the morning for day games).
Compensation$19.00 – $20.00 per hour.

- Assume full responsibility for credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Operate parking equipment such as gates, ticket dispensers, and payment machines.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
- Direct customers to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
- Patrol parking areas in order to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property theft.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
- Effectively communicate fees and other information to guests.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, treating colleagues as part of the work family.
- Assist fellow team members during busy periods or when needed, promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
- Offer assistance with parking transactions, parking, and directions as needed.
- Maximize profitability by accurately processing transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift.
- Familiarity with cash registers and point‑of‑sale systems (training will be provided).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items as required (up to 50 lbs.), and comfortable working in hot & cold conditions.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Compensation Range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
