About the Role:
Title: Customer Support
Location: Sacramento, CA
Position Requirements :- Call Center/Member Service
- Place and receive a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in an effort to negotiate repayment for past-due and negative accounts.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the member’s needs, concerns, and frustrations by
responding with care and concern, and an appropriate sense of urgency.
The salary for this position is between $35,000 - $38,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
