TTEC is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish-English) working remotely within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA to deliver exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues with empathy. Qualified candidates must possess at least 6 months of customer service experience, full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
