Voter Hotline Representative

Tryfacta is seeking a Voter Hotline Representative for our client in Sacramento, California. This is a temporary contract assignment.

Sacramento, California 95814 Duration: 2 months

Work Schedule:

• Regular
  
  Hours:
  
  Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Election Day & Day Before: 6:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Answering/returning live calls from voters regarding voting rights, polling locations, vote-by-mail, and election procedures.
• Transcribing voicemail messages and performing follow-up communication.
• Organizing and lifting boxes as needed.
• Maintaining a professional, non-partisan demeanor when interacting with voters.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Familiarity with general office procedures and exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to answer high-volume live calls after training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using the internet, phone systems, and office equipment.
• Business-casual dress, ability to sit/stand for long periods.
• Personal responsibility for transportation/parking.

Additional Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong proficiency in both languages to support voter inquiries effectively
