Client Service Coordinator

The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing the productivity of the veterinary medical team, ensuring effective communication, and coordinating client and pet care to promote client retention.

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and managing client and pet flow to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the team through efficient hospital operations.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service, welcoming clients and pets and educating them about pet health and hospital services.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Complete required documentation and enter pet information, ensuring proper identification and prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, information, invoices, prescriptions, retail sales, and future appointments.
• Maintain accurate financial records using proper opening and closing procedures.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

The pay range for this role is $16.93 – $21.63 hourly. The specific rate is determined by experience, skill level, education, and location or applicable minimum wage laws.
