Key responsibilities include:

- Greet the public and introduce Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort services in a clear, friendly manner
- Ask a few basic questions and gather customer contact details for next-step outreach
- Record complete, accurate lead information and notes in a mobile app
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and attention to safety
