Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support? Join us as a key player in our Meal Manager program, a rapidly growing space within Door Dash. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring quality management and support, interacting regularly with customers, merchants, and Dashers. Your expertise will help us detect and resolve fulfillment challenges, contributing to the successful launch of new pilot initiatives.
Requirements:
- Availability to work 9am - 6pm CST, Saturday - Wednesday, with flexibility for schedule changes.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing contexts.
- Experience with support tools such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
Preferences:
- Background in last-hour logistics or delivery customer service.
- Experience with Slack.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
