This position will be working the afternoon or evening shift. As a Cosmetology Service Desk Rep, you will step into an important role as the first person clients will see when they walk through the door. You will greet them warmly, answer phone calls with professionalism, and make sure appointments are booked and rebooked accurately. Your focus will be on keeping the front desk running smoothly so that every client has a positive experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

• Customer service experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to book and rebook clients efficiently
• Good telephone communication skills

Prior experience in a spa or salon setting is preferred but not required.
