Our client, a leading organization in the drone technology industry, is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department supporting inbound and outbound communication efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to drone products and services with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers by providing detailed information about drone features, specifications, and operational guidance.
• Troubleshoot basic drone equipment and software issues, offering solutions or escalating complex problems.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of current drone products, updates, and promotional offers to ensure accurate support.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
