Architect/Project Manager

Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding an Architect/Project Manager to their Sacramento team! Responsibilities include collaborating with Principal in evaluating project requirements, assisting with negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule, assisting/leading some project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget, completing projects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets, negotiating critical issues with internal and external team members, monitoring quality of construction documents, overseeing all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy seeking legal counsel when needed, coordinating/reviewing contractor bids and making contractor recommendations, and assisting with completion of proposals and client interviews.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, 10+ years of experience, registration/license, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software. Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
