• General Cardiologist – Roseville, CA
• Cardiologist (General/Non-Invasive) – Novato, CA
• Non-Invasive Cardiologist – Lakeport, CA
• General Cardiologist – Castro Valley, CA
• Cardiologist (Per Diem) – Berkeley, CA
• General Cardiologist – Mission Bernal Campus – San Francisco, CA
• General Cardiologist – Van Ness Campus (CPMC) – San Francisco, CA
• Non-Invasive Cardiologist – Vallejo, CA
• Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Aortic Disease Program – San Francisco, CA
• Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Electrophysiology/Cardiology – Sacramento, CA
• Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Interventional/Structural Heart – Sacramento, CA

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Cardiology (or subspecialty as applicable)
• Active and unrestricted California Medical License
• Current DEA license
• Advanced Practice Clinicians must hold appropriate California licensure and national certification
