REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Required qualifications vary by offering and may include:
* A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or relevant professional certification. One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.
* Experience providing training and/or facilitation to adult audiences in a classroom setting.
* Experience and proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
* Knowledge of strong andragogical practices for classroom organization, planning, and effective execution of instruction.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and dynamic presentation skills.
* Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work and learning environment.
* Subject matter expertise in specific content area or discipline.
* For some assignments: advanced degree and/or terminal degree in content area or related discipline.
* Examples of content areas of experience include one or more of the following areas:
Leadership, Interpersonal Communications, Change Management, Conflict Management, Process Improvement, Project Management, and Coaching and Mentoring.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's Degree in a related field
* Certifications in a related field
