We’re hiring a BCBA – Clinical Quality & Training in Sacramento, CA, to support school-based behavioral health services. This non-caseload role focuses on evaluating and training the clinical staff who will serve students across K–12 campuses.
This position is a great match for a Clinical BCBA, ABA Supervisor, or BCBA Training Specialist who enjoys mentoring clinicians, strengthening hiring decisions, and improving how school-based ABA services are delivered at scale.
You will help determine who joins the team, how they are trained, and the standards they must meet before working in educational settings.

- Clinically interview and evaluate prospective Behavior Technicians, Instructional Aides, and other behavioral health staff supporting school sites
- Partner with recruiting, account managers, and executive leadership to align hiring with school-based service expectations
- Assess skill competency, documentation quality, and service delivery approach prior to placement in educational settings
- Facilitate CPI and other hands-on clinical training workshops
- Deliver ongoing skills-based training to strengthen consistency across campuses
- Design, refine, and scale internal training curriculum
- Drive quality and standardization across school placements
- Strong ABA clinical experience with deep knowledge of documentation and service standards
- Experience evaluating, mentoring, or developing clinical or behavioral health staff
- Experience building, refining, or implementing training curriculum
- Confidence delivering clear, objective feedback and upholding high expectations
- Willingness to report to the Sacramento office as needed to facilitate trainings
