Instructional Aide

Westlake Charter School is seeking dynamic, flexible, and innovative instructional aides who collaborate to provide a high-quality, personalized education for our K-12 students. We're looking for individuals who:

• Are collaborative and enjoy working as a team
• Are organized and able to create a respectful learning environment
• Demonstrate maturity, humility, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of humor
• Demonstrate excellent communication/interpersonal skills
