SalaryDepends on years of teaching experience and certification. Starting at $43,905.00. Will honor 100% of prior full‑time teaching years.

CertificationValid Michigan Elementary Teaching Certificate with Technology (NP) Endorsement.
Qualifications- Experience integrating the National Educational Technology Standards (NETS) into required instruction
- Ability to create and teach technology lessons with high levels of student engagement and interest
- Familiarity with online assessments and typing programs
- Experience using IXL and Accelerated Reader
- Ability to create positive relationships with students and parents
- Possess organizational skills necessary to work and collaborate in multiple school buildings
- Effectively demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, and staff
- Teach technology classes to students in grades K‑5
- Teach typing and prepare students for online assessments required by the state and district
- Teach students to create and present using computer programs used in educational and professional settings
- Integrate STEM lessons into instruction and curriculum
- Work with staff to create curriculum that aligns and supports each grade level
- Provide structured classroom management
- Participate in curriculum, school improvement, and staff committees
- Willing to be trained in Leader in Me building‑wide initiative
- Work with Leader in Me administrators, leadership teams, and staff to ensure "Lighthouse" quality results
- Champion and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Other duties as assigned by administration
- Perform "Essential Job Functions" as specified
