The mission of Al-Arqam Islamic School and College Preparatory is to have an

educational institution that teaches and nurtures the  whole  child intellectually,

emotionally and physically, and to instill in each student the principles of submission to

the Will of Allah as the essential element in achieving excellence academically and

personally.

The Principal serves as the chief educational leader of Al-Arqam Islamic School & College Preparatory, providing purposeful, strategic, and instructional leadership across Preschool through 12th grade, including the IB Program. The Principal ensures the school’s mission and IB philosophy are understood, implemented, and sustained through a coherent curriculum, supportive learning environments, and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The Principal collaborates with the Vice Principal of Student Services and the Vice Principal of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment while maintaining overall responsibility and accountability for program quality, teacher support, student success, and accreditation compliance.
