Options for Youth (OFY) is seeking a certificated educator to identify and instruct English Learners, managing a caseload of 50-75 students with weekly progress reports to leadership. The role includes administering ELPAC tests and developing Individualized Learning Plans to move students toward English proficiency.
Ideal candidates will hold a California clear or preliminary single-subject credential with an EL Authorization (ELA1) and experience with second language learners.
