Instructional Aide

Westlake Charter School is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and innovative instructional aide who collaborates to provide a high quality, personalized education for our K-5 students. This position will work in our student support services department. We're looking for individuals who:

• Are collaborative and enjoy working as a team
• Are organized and able to create a respectful learning environment
• Demonstrate maturity, humility, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of humor
• Demonstrate excellent communication/interpersonal skills
