About the Role

Capitol Academy and Capitol Elementary are seeking motivated Behavior Technicians who are passionate about supporting students with special needs, both in the classroom and the community.

If you're reliable, compassionate, and enjoy helping students grow academically, socially, and behaviorally, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Provide behavioral and academic support to students in small-group and 1:1 setting

Implement strategies under the guidance of BCBAs and teachers

Encourage positive social and communication skills

Maintain detailed data and documentation for student progress

Communication professionally with staff, students, and families

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required
  • High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
  • Must pass fingerprint clearance and TB Test
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
