Position Overview

Lecturer Pool – Construction Management. The role involves providing instruction, preparing courses, grading, holding office hours, and contributing to departmental activities. Initial appointments are typically for one semester, with possible renewal based on needs.

• Develop and deliver course content for assigned courses.
• Prepare instructional materials and assessments.
• Grading and providing feedback to students.
• Hold office hours and provide academic support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior university-level teaching experience.
• Professional engineering experience and board registration.

The initial rank and salary are based on professional experience and education. Salary ranges (full‑time rates) are:

• Lecturer A: $5,507 – $6,677
• Lecturer B: $6,221 – $13,224
• Lecturer C: $6,825 – $14,523
• Lecturer D: $8,593 – $15,211

Paid in six checks per semester, prorated to units taught.
