- Prepare and review submittal drawings, including plans, elevations, reinforcement details, and material specifications.
- Support the development of panel, reinforcement, and miscellaneous metal drawings.
- Coordinate design approvals and ensure alignment with project requirements and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure constructability, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support on-site field activities during construction and installation phases.
- Interpret drawings, assist with resolving technical issues, and help maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and project managers to support schedule and workflow alignment.
- Conduct field observations, verify dimensions, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Travel to project sites as required during active construction phases.
- Track project progress against specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify potential issues early and support problem-solving and escalation efforts.
- Assist with required procedure submittals, including welding, grouting, and post-tensioning.
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate across engineering, fabrication, and construction teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and professional development efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred, not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, field, and project teams.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as project needs require.
- Base salary from 80,000 to 105,000
