Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage federated BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
* Lead clash detection and coordination meetings using platforms such as Procore BIM, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
* Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
* Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, trade partners, and design consultants.
* Oversee model updates, version control, and model health checks.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM modelers and project teams.
* Facilitate integration between BIM models and field operations (e.g., tablets, field layout, drone mapping and laser scanning).
* Assist in project handover, including preparation of as-built models and digital asset data.
* Regular visits to project sites within California

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of BIM coordination experience in construction environments.
* Advanced proficiency in:
* Autodesk Revit
* Autodesk Navisworks Manage
* AutoCAD
* Procore BIM
* Strong understanding of construction workflows, MEP systems, and sequencing.
* Experience leading clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* A valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with 4D/5D BIM integration.
* Knowledge of Dynamo, Solibri, or other BIM automation tools.
* Experience with laser scanning and point cloud integration.
* Understanding of ISO 19650 standards.
* Experience on large-scale commercial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
