Associate, Project Delivery Engineer
Base Salary Range
: $61,200 to $99,280 per year
This range represents a good faith salary range for the position. The base salary will be determined based on market, geography, skills, education, and/or experience. The role is eligible for annual incentive pay and offers continued salary growth.

- Assist with water and wastewater engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time, within‑scope, and within‑budget delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, designs, and specifications for infrastructure projects such as pipelines, treatment plants, and pumping stations.
- Conduct system capacity evaluations and analysis of water source, treatment, pumping, and collection/distribution systems to support operations, service extensions, or regional growth.
- Manage multiple small to medium sized projects and perform varied engineering assignments related to planning, design, or construction.
- Translate technical concepts into feasible and effective engineering approaches.
- Perform any other special projects and tasks assigned by team leads or managers.
- Knowledge of engineering design theory and practice, water resources, project management, construction and contract management, and water and wastewater facility operation.
- Familiarity with current trends in water quality, treatment, and the broader water industry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (commercial and environmental) and industry standards.
- Sound business acumen and judgement.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication, including report writing, listening, and presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, persuasion, team building, cooperation, leadership, and motivation of others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in engineering design, planning, construction, project delivery, and/or project management.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling of water and wastewater collection systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Primarily office‑based with occasional field work at water/wastewater facilities for site investigations and project kick‑off/review meetings.
