Electrical Design Engineer

A growing and leading engineering firm is seeking an electrical designer for upcoming commercial, industrial, and educational projects. • Interact effectively with clients and other disciplines.
• Utilize AutoCAD and learn Revit for project designs.
• Design and manage electrical engineering aspects for commercial, industrial, and educational projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, NEC, and CA Title 24 requirements.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering for building power and lighting systems.
• Working knowledge of building codes, NEC, and CA Title 24 requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• EIT or PE License, or demonstrated progress toward these goals.
• LEED AP or other relevant certifications.
• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering.

Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA.

Pay range: $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
