You’ve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving – and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.
You’ll work alongside people who think big and act boldly – project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.
Because "good enough" builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll review contractor baseline schedule submissions for large CIP projects to verify that all work scopes are properly identified and logically sequenced, providing detailed written comments and feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.
You’ll perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on contractor schedule submittals, ensuring conformance with the contract and reviewing critical path, cost loading, schedule content, recovery schedules, logic relationships, lags, constraints, and milestones for accuracy and completeness.
You’ll perform time impact analyses for changes affecting the construction schedule and participate in negotiations between the client Project Manager and contractors to resolve delay time settlements and mitigate schedule impacts.
You’ll conduct regular analysis to ensure construction projects remain on track and meet time and budget requirements, providing reports and KPIs to identify potential issues, corrective actions, or opportunities to advance the schedule.
You’ll read contract drawings to determine whether work is in or out of scope and interpret contract terms and conditions to assess the merit of compensable or non‑compensable time extensions.
You’ll effectively communicate with the project team regarding schedule or progress-related issues or concerns during regular schedule meetings.
You’ll prepare reports as needed and as directed by the Program Management Team.
You’ll visit construction sites, attend meetings, and review the contractor’s monthly progress as needed.
