Job Title: Research & Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Research & Development Engineer to join a growing engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative product development projects from concept through to production, working on design, testing, analysis, and manufacturing support in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Lead product development projects from concept through testing and production.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions to meet project objectives.
• Create and manage project schedules, test plans, and technical documentation.
• Conduct engineering analysis, product testing, and failure investigations.
• Support prototype development, manufacturing implementation, and continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of Research & Development experience.
• Experience managing engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• FEA and LS-DYNA experience.
• Master's degree or PhD.
