Through its activities, PREMYS is a committed actor in responsible development: safety on sites, recycling of materials, energy savings, and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

Within the PREMYS GENIER establishment based in L'HAY LES ROSES (94), under the authority of the project manager, you pilot the de-asbestos sites entrusted to you.

• You ensure the respect and application of hygiene, safety, and environmental rules and inform your manager of any malfunction.
• You demonstrate exemplary behavior in the embodiment of your function: towards clients, safety, and the environment.
• You prepare the site: study of the safety plan, definition of operating procedures with the project manager: choice of techniques, means, teams.
• You participate in the preparation and budget follow-up of the site: evaluation of revenues and expenses.
• You manage and follow the progress of the site: management of unforeseen events and information feedback, corrective measures in case of deviations, planning, orders, deliveries, stocks...
• You represent the company with all stakeholders on the site: you are guarantor of the company's image, you relay the client's requests.
• You lead the team according to the directives of the project manager, distribute tasks and ensure the integration and training of new hires, conduct Exchange Interviews and evaluate your colleagues.
• You guarantee the quality of the site for its acceptance.

You have 5 years of experience in the role of site manager and significant experience in the de-asbestos sector.

You are an organized person, a leader with good adaptation skills to the different constraints encountered.
