Construction Project Manager II- Energy & Infrastructure

ABM Technical Solutions is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex Infrastructure Solutions and Energy projects ranging from $5M-$20M+. This role oversees full project lifecycle delivery-including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution-for IS, BES, ESCO, lighting, HVAC, solar, roofing, controls, and energy‑efficiency initiatives, serving as the primary liaison for clients and subcontractors.

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architectural, Construction Management, or similar industry and/or combination of degree and 7-10 years of industry specific work experience.

* Minimum 5 plus years of Infrastructure Solutions, Building Energy Solutions, ESCO, large commercial HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical project management experience.

* Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA).

* Experience managing large projects with multiple subcontractors in various industry disciplines.

* Experience in preparing purchase orders and sub-contractor agreements.

* Experience in customer, sub-contractor, and vendor invoicing.

* Experience working with forecasting and utilizing forecasting platforms.

* Experience creating and updating project schedules.

* Experience managing multi-million dollar mechanical/HVAC/electrical projects.

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Experience in project close out steps and O&Ms.

* Must have extensive managerial and technical experience.

* Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards.

* Well organized with strong planning.

* Quality control and safety oriented.

* Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.

* Position requires a valid driver's license, as travel to project sites is required.

* PMP certification preferred.

* Procore understanding preferred.
