Licensed Professional Engineer

We are seeking a licensed PE to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and managing structural projects across various sectors, including civil and geotechnical engineering. This role offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing advanced design tools and methodologies, ensuring the safety, stability, and sustainability of structures. The position requires a strong foundation in project management, technical writing, and system design, with proficiency in industry-standard software.

Licensed Engineer – ability to stamp required.

Needs to help with plans, SB721, Decks, and have experience in exteriors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Micro Station, and other CAD tools.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate structural integrity and performance.
• Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and construction drawings with precision using Bluebeam and other drafting software.
• Conduct geotechnical assessments and integrate geotechnical engineering principles into structural designs.
• Utilize GIS tools for site analysis and system design planning.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Apply knowledge of civil engineering principles to support system design and project engineering tasks.
• Engage in technical writing for proposals, reports, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; PE licensure required.
• Proven experience in system design within civil or geotechnical engineering sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Micro Station, Bluebeam, Mathcad, and GIS software tools.
• Strong understanding of FEA techniques and construction processes.
• Knowledge of CAD drafting standards and technical writing skills for detailed documentation.
• Experience with geotechnical engineering principles and civil engineering practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
