McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Structural Project Engineer with 8–12 years of water resources experience. You will work on projects involving fisheries, hydropower, dams, flood control, and other civil infrastructures, applying advanced design techniques and FEA analysis.
You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, and mentor junior staff while upholding rigorous design standards and codes. Travel up to 15% to project sites is expected as needed.
