Adapt designs and workflows to changing technologies, codes, and tools, ensuring that project deliverables remain current and compliant.
Mentor and support entry-level and less-experienced team members, fostering their development into future leaders.

Engage in internal development opportunities and participate in company events to support a collaborative, family-oriented culture.
Essential Skills
At least 5 years of experience in electrical design and project management, with the ability to produce complete sets of biddable construction documents.
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical design and documentation.

Proven experience with commercial building projects, including commercial design and commercial construction.
Experience delivering electrical design for industrial and educational projects.
Solid foundation in electrical engineering principles and electrical design practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm professionally in all interactions.
