Senior Electrical Engineer

The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for the engineering of complex, standard, and non-standard transmission and distribution substations. The Senior Electrical Engineer plays a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge electrical engineering solutions; they
59re a technical leader and mentor who will serve as an advanced-level resource. The ideal candidate will work both independently and in a team environment, utilizing their experience in electrical design and construction of substation, transmission, and distribution projects, working with both utility and primary service customers.

  Ensure that electrical transmission, distribution, and renewable facilities are designed and engineered to meet customer requirements, industry standards, and safety requirement
• sLead engineering and design activities for medium/high voltage substations, switchyards, distribution, and transmission systems project
• sProvide direction, consultation, and support for internal and external customers on various project
• sDevelop single-line, three-line, schematic, wiring, general arrangement, communications, SCADA, and layout drawings for medium/high voltage systems and equipmen
• tPrepare relay settings, coordination studies, load flow analysis, ground grid studies, arc flash reports, harmonics studies, MOPs, and any other required High Voltage Reports or Procedure
• sPrepare electrical equipment specifications and evaluate electrical equipment submittals per customer requirements and applicable standard
