Butcher Power Products, a Fresno-based leader in electric motors and power transmission products, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production of high-performance equipment. In this role, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes, develop tooling and work instructions, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and throughput. You'll collaborate closely with design, quality, and production teams to troubleshoot issues, support new product introductions, and implement lean initiatives.
