Sacramento County is seeking an Associate Land Surveyor to perform complex surveying work and supervise survey staff. The role includes determining parcel legality, reviewing Records of Survey, Parcel Maps and Subdivision Maps for compliance with State and Local Codes.
The candidate will interpret Local and State Codes, the Land Surveyor's Act and Subdivision Map Act, ensuring accurate boundary determinations and coordination with outside consultants and public agencies as needed.
