We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor to lead surveying activities for civil engineering and utility projects.
Key Requirements:- 7+ years of land surveying/office mapping experience
- Experience with ALTA surveys, construction staking, and topographic surveys
- Knowledge of Micro Station and Trimble
- Experience leading/managing survey staff
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Lead and coordinate surveying activities
- Review and resolve technical surveying issues
- Manage survey data, schedules, permits, and deliverables
- Prepare legal descriptions and survey drawings
- Train and support survey staff
- Assist with proposals, estimates, and client relationships
