Join a growing engineering team leading water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout northern California. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys technical leadership, project management, and client collaboration.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage water and wastewater engineering projects from planning through construction
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and oversee project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Provide technical review and quality control of engineering work
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, qualification statements, and project presentations
- Mentor and support engineers and technical staff
- Identify opportunities for new and repeat business
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- 8+ years of water/wastewater engineering and project management experience
- Strong knowledge of water distribution, sewer collection, pump stations, and treatment systems
