Manager, Strategic Partnerships – Netflix Game Studio

Los Gatos, CA, California

Hourly: $20–$30 per hour. Market range for similar roles: $150,000–$500,000 (based on total compensation).

• Assist international game distribution relationships with platform partners such as Apple and Google, executing toward the product portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with product and platform teams on deliverables that expand distribution opportunities for subscribers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal partners (engineering, product, legal, advertising, finance, etc.).
• Partner with live‑services, creative production, and game development teams to optimize platform placement across app stores.
• Provide support for new game launches with the internal product and operations teams.
• Assist partners with product and technical requests, launch operations, and new product releases.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; comfortable managing ambiguity and collaborating across specialized groups.
• Travel to studios and partners as required.

• 5+ years of experience in account management, partnership, or business development in the game industry, working closely with mobile, console, and PC platforms.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the capacity to steer internal and external partners.
• Experience with live‑service games.
• Excellent partner‑management skills, with the ability to quickly identify problems and engage stakeholders for timely decisions.
• Passion for video games and interest in software/hardware innovation that enhances player experience.
• Ability to thrive in a cross‑functional, cross‑cultural team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and adaptability across cultures and disciplines.
