Supervise daily box office operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning);
Support and train box office staff and conduct staff evaluations;
Maintain inter-departmental communication and ensure staff scheduling and staffing levels;
Oversee cash handling policies, balance drawers, and assist in ticket sales reconciliation;
Coordinate with Ticketing and Operations teams to ensure ADA compliance and guest services
