About the Position
Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional piano instructor to teach part‑time at Natomas School of Music, our Natomas, Sacramento, CA location. We are looking for teachers who will instruct IN PERSON. The ability to teach additional instruments is a plus.
Responsibilities- Teach piano lessons to students of all ages and levels, primarily in person.
- Set and maintain availability within open hours, with preference for candidates who can commit to consistent schedules.
- Provide lessons on weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) as required.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable transportation.
- Comply with routine background check requirements.
- Strong music background evidenced by a degree in performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
- Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians.
- Robust appreciation for punctuality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a routine background check.
- Weekend availability (Fridays and Saturdays).
- Hourly pay $27–$29, commensurate with experience.
