This role is integral to conceptualizing, planning, and executing a wide range of high-profile events, from corporate functions and galas to weddings and conferences.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination, flawless execution, and exceptional client satisfaction. This position demands a proactive individual with a passion for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. As a key member of our client's esteemed team, you will have the opportunity to shape memorable occasions and build lasting relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, plan, and manage all facets of various events, ensuring they meet client objectives and budgetary constraints. Develop detailed event timelines, project plans, and budgets. Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best rates and services. Coordinate event logistics, including staffing, catering, AV, transportation, and entertainment. Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and delivering exceeding expectations. Manage event marketing and promotional activities. Conduct post-event evaluations and generate comprehensive reports. Stay current with event industry trends, innovations, and best practices. Supervise and mentor junior event planning staff. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio showcasing diverse events.

Proven track record of successfully planning and executing complex events on time and within budget. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
