Finance Manager

## Description The Finance Manager is responsible for generating maximum finance, insurance, and fee income for the dealership via internal and external commercial equipment sales and referrals
** A Day in The Life May Include
*** Market finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers through established lender relationships.
* Partner closely with the equipment sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
* Evaluate customer risk using credit reports and financial statements.
* Ensure all vehicle sale and lease paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
* Maintain full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting finance and vehicle transactions.## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** 3+ years of experience in lending or finance with a proven record of success.
* Strong financial and numerical skills to evaluate credit and structure deals.
* Ability to assess customer risk and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills; able to work independently and in a team.
* Flexible to work beyond standard hours; valid Driver’s and Occupational License (within 60 days of hire).

* Education:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
