Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and present the annual budget in partnership with senior and regional leadership teams.
- Monitor and reconcile budgets to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational performance.
- Oversee cash flow management, including payment approvals and fund transfers.
- Lead weekly financial review meetings with executive leadership to assess forecasts and performance.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth and decision-making.
- Ability to manage complex budgeting, audits, and financial reporting for large-scale operations.
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting standards and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in preparing detailed financial reports and presenting insights to boards and committees.
- Previous experience overseeing capital projects and managing restricted and unrestricted funds.
- Proficiency in contract administration and coordinating insurance and facility operations.
- 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and audits.
- A deep understanding of GAAP principles, grant management, and capital financing.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Quick Books Online and Salesforce.
