Overview

A rapidly growing real estate organization is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead consolidated financial reporting, month‑end close, tax processes, and the corporate chart of accounts. This role offers the opportunity to shape accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, and guide a developing finance team within a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee financial reporting, general ledger activity, and month‑end close
• Manage annual federal & state tax filings
• Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
• Lead and mentor a growing accounting team
• Improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance system controls

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (required)
• 5+ years in senior‑level accounting leadership
• Real estate tax experience and strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience managing teams and driving process improvements
• Yardi experience is a plus
• CPA would be ideal
