Sr. Treasury Management Consultant - Government

Responsibilities

• Directly own all of the relationship management activities for high‑value and other key relationships in the assigned business segment, geographical region, or specialized vertical.
• Assume full responsibility for portfolio growth and the expansion of cumulative relationships with other banking partners.
• Monitor and enhance profitability of all relationships and proactively take action to mitigate client and revenue attrition.
• Manage a government portfolio focused on large state relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of treasury management experience.
• Ten or more years of treasury sales and relationship management strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience working with and managing relationships with government agencies.
• Extensive knowledge of treasury management and other bank products and services.
• Strong sales/business development and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships.
• Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an expectation of three or more days per week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
