Responsibilities
- Directly own all of the relationship management activities for high‑value and other key relationships in the assigned business segment, geographical region, or specialized vertical.
- Assume full responsibility for portfolio growth and the expansion of cumulative relationships with other banking partners.
- Monitor and enhance profitability of all relationships and proactively take action to mitigate client and revenue attrition.
- Manage a government portfolio focused on large state relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Seven or more years of treasury management experience.
- Ten or more years of treasury sales and relationship management strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience working with and managing relationships with government agencies.
- Extensive knowledge of treasury management and other bank products and services.
- Strong sales/business development and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors across the company to manage customer relationships.
- Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, with an expectation of three or more days per week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
