File proof of claims, establish and maintain bankruptcy plan trackers, monitor stipulated judgment to ensure payments are received as agreed.

Update the account files by indicating the date(s) payment(s). Make recommendations to file motion for relief of stay, review motions to value and ensure the liens are reconvened per statue or regulation.

Review and recommend objection to Bankruptcy plans as needed to ensure recoverable are within statue. Document account summaries on all actions taken, to assess the need for escalated Member Care efforts.

Recommend and prepare accounts for legal action based on account conditions and recovery strategies set by Member Care.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $43,000 - $52,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
