Job Description And Duties
Under the general direction of the Loan Officer Supervisor II, the Analyst III is an advanced journey level staff who performs a variety of complex duties related to the implementation of the IBank's Bond Financing Program. The bonds issued by IBank are: governmental purpose bonds for public agencies, including but not limited to Infrastructure State Revolving Fund (ISRF) Bonds and Public Agency Revenue Bonds (PARBs);
Exempt Facility Bonds;
Industrial Development Bonds(IDBs) for manufacturing companies; 501(c)(3) bonds for nonprofit public benefit corporations; energy, environmental and water project bonds under IBank Climate Financing Program; and other unique bond financings.
