A well-established Sacramento-area organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop and improve accounting and financial procedures
- Complete ad hoc reporting and special projects
- Partner with leadership to support business decisions
- Strong accounting foundation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 3-5 years of accounting, finance, or analyst experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- ERP experience, SAP preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Stable, growing organization
