- Base salary range: $10,937.50-$18,229.17 monthly (approximately $131,250-$218,750 annualized)
- Eligible for an annual incentive award of 0-60% of salary based on quantitative and qualitative performance measures
- Eligible for a long-term incentive program providing an additional 0-60% of base salary, beginning after five years of service and contingent on the fund's total returns meeting or exceeding board-approved thresholds
