We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our team at the Sacramento, CA branch
. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, delivering exceptional and personal service to our clients while helping them navigate their daily banking needs. This position is part of our regional banking team and will travel to various branches within a designated service area surrounding a hub branch. The hub branch for this position is our Sacramento Branch

Essential Functions:

Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record

Identifies and addresses clients’ needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation of ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.

Resolve clients’ problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources

Identifies and maximizes cross-selling bank opportunities through exploring needs

You may be reassigned to an alternate location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience

Advance knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking

Working knowledge of math

Must have solid balancing and customer service skills

Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm
